Together with the chef de partie, you will organize a specific post and, as deputy head chef, you will also take responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly, making a significant contribution to a well-functioning kitchen team that enjoys creating sophisticated menus.

The following positions are waiting for enthusiastic team members:
Entremetier | Gardemanager | Saucier

Daily preparation of hot and cold meals in the half-board restaurant
Mise en place work for breakfast, HP dinner as well as à la carte business
Independent, responsible work
Support with goods receipt and inspection
Careful and cost-conscious handling of raw materials
Compliance with all hygiene, quality and HACCP standards

Requirements

Completed training as a chef or very good professional experience
Dedicated work in the à la carte kitchen, the hall board and in the banquet area
Passion for the profession and attention to detail
Identification with regional products
Community spirit and resilience
Flexibility for cross-post work
Cheerfulness and authenticity

Salary type: gross
: Remuneration is in accordance with the valid collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry in Carinthia. The willingness to overpay the minimum gross basic salary depends on qualifications and experience for all vacancies.
