Description
Are you attracted by the variety in the kitchen brigade and don't want to commit yourself to one kitchen position? Then we'll give you the opportunity to gain this experience as a young chef. Together with the chef de partie, you will organize a specific post and, as deputy head chef, you will also take responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly, making a significant contribution to a well-functioning kitchen team that enjoys creating sophisticated menus.

Entremetier | Gardemanager | Saucier
Daily preparation of hot and cold meals in the half-board restaurant
Mise en place work for breakfast, HP dinner as well as à la carte business
Independent, responsible work
Support with goods receipt and inspection
Careful and cost-conscious handling of raw materials
Compliance with all hygiene, quality and HACCP standards
