Fluency in German (speaking and comprehension). Exceptional leadership and creative skills, the ability to collaborate with us in designing an imaginative and inspiring program, a talent for planning and organization, creativity and dedication, as well as a love for working with children. Punctuality and a sense of order, as well as a performance- and success-oriented mindset and approach. Training as a preschool teacher or after-school care provider, or completion of relevant courses, is a significant advantage for this field. Professional expertise in activity leadership, experience working with infants, toddlers, children, and teens, youth supervision involving sports, dance, and theater, methodological knowledge in organization, material procurement and handling, analytical thinking for refining existing concepts or generating new ideas, a willingness to perform, living the company philosophy, teamwork and collaboration skills, the ability to handle conflict and criticism, creativity and flexibility, and a good dose of ingenuity.
