Fluency in German (speaking and listening), creativity, dedication, and a love for working with children. Punctuality and a sense of order. Training as a preschool teacher or after-school care provider, or relevant professional courses, is a significant advantage for this field. Musical instrument skills are not a requirement but make the job much easier. Expertise in activities and entertainment, experience working with infants, toddlers, children, and teens, youth supervision involving sports, dance, and theater, methodological skills in organization, procurement, and handling of materials, analytical thinking for refining existing concepts or developing new ideas, a willingness to perform, living the company philosophy, the ability to work in a team and cooperate, the ability to handle conflict and criticism, creativity and flexibility, and a skillful degree of ingenuity.
