Reception Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated entry-level receptionist for our hotel. An interesting and responsible position awaits you. Guest reception, training in the reservation system (training provided), correspondence, answering phones, knowledge of our offerings and room categories, and then active room sales, etc. Your work at and in the front desk should not just be about “handing out keys, distributing informational materials, or making small talk.” Therefore, please keep in mind that this collaboration requires initiative on your part to familiarize yourself with the hotel’s philosophy, offerings, and room types so that you can then sell them successfully and proactively. After a short, successful training period, we offer you a varied and challenging role. You will work in a key position that requires trustworthiness as one of its most important prerequisites.
