To strengthen our kitchen team, we’re looking for a dedicated chef (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible—someone who will delight our guests with culinary creations through passion, technical skill, and team spirit.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Independently preparing high-quality dishes
- Creative development of regional and seasonal dishes
- Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Compliance with our quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Careful and economical handling of goods and food
- Collaborative teamwork within our kitchen staff
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry is a plus
- Passion for fresh, regional cuisine and high-quality ingredients
- Independent, organized, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of German (at least C1)
- Valid work permit (or EU citizenship)
