As an apprentice at the family-run Superior Hotel in Pertisau on Lake Achensee, you’re not just part of the team—you’ll contribute creative ideas alongside your colleagues. With a passion for good food, curiosity, and an eye for quality, you’ll learn the craft of fine dining—from perfect mise en place to the creative presentation of dishes. You’ll become part of a team that combines taste and craftsmanship.

Your responsibilities with us
• You’ll gain experience in all kitchen stations, from preparation to plating

Requirements
