As a gardener at our family-run superior hotel, you will work with the team to design our gardens and outdoor facilities, thereby shaping the first impression of our hotel. With your expertise, creativity, and love of nature, you will ensure a well-maintained, harmonious environment in which our guests feel at home.

You contribute your own ideas, set creative accents, and continuously develop our green spaces with a focus on quality, sustainability, and aesthetics.

Your responsibilities with us

• Maintenance, design, and further development of the garden and outdoor facilities
• Implementation of creative planting and design concepts
• Seasonal planning and maintenance of flower beds, plants, and green spaces
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a well-maintained overall appearance
• Close collaboration with the team to implement new ideas

What you bring to the table

• Completed training as a gardener or comparable professional experience
• Passion for plants, nature, and design
• Creativity, precision, and a sense of aesthetics
• Independent working style and team spirit
