Bar Assistant (m/f/d)

As a bar assistant, you’ll support our bar team in their daily work and, together with your colleagues, ensure that everything runs smoothly. You’ll prepare drinks, set up the bar, and, with your friendly demeanor, play an important role in creating our welcoming atmosphere.

With your organizational skills, team spirit, and love for working with people, you’ll help ensure that our guests feel completely at home.

Your responsibilities with us

• Assistance with preparing cocktails, aperitifs, and beverages
• Prep work and mise en place at the bar
• Serving our guests in the bar area
• Support in the service department as needed
• Restocking beverages, ice, garnishes, and glasses
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and quality throughout the bar area

What you need

• Experience in the service, bar, or restaurant industry is a plus
• A passion for beverages, hospitality, and teamwork
• A friendly demeanor and good manners
• Motivation to learn new things and grow
• Flexibility, resilience, and reliability
• An independent and meticulous approach to work
