*Preparation and serving of food to the complete satisfaction of the guests *Smooth kitchen operation, compliance with standards *Orderliness and cleanliness in the workplace *Preparation of food *Coordination, management and work at the Gardemanger post *Responsibility for the proper preparation and serving of food according to the specified quantities *Mise-en-place preparations Preparation according to the specified quantities *mise-en-place preparations *ensuring consistent quality and control of all food in the entire kitchen area *compliance with hygiene and safety measures for the HACCP concept *co-organization and ensuring the proper flow of goods in the kitchen, cold stores and all warehouses *careful handling of kitchen inventory
