*Coordination, management and work at the Gardemanger post
*Responsibility for proper preparation and cooking according to the specified quantities
*Mise-en-place preparations
*Ensuring consistent quality and control of all food throughout the kitchen area
*Compliance with hygiene and safety measures for the HACCP concept
*Co-organizing and ensuring the proper flow of goods in the kitchen, cold stores and all warehouses
*Careful handling of the kitchen inventory
