Requirements
*Preparing and serving dishes to the full satisfaction of guests *Ensuring smooth kitchen operations and adherence to standards *Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace *Preparing dishes *Responsibility for proper preparation and cooking according to specified quantities *Mise-en-place preparations *Ensuring consistent quality and monitoring all food items throughout the kitchen area *Compliance with hygiene and safety measures for the HACCP concept *Helping to organize and ensure the proper flow of goods in the kitchen, cold storage, and all warehouses *Careful handling of kitchen equipment
Requirements
