Preparation and service of meals to the guests’ complete satisfaction *Set menus & à la carte *Smooth kitchen operations, adherence to standards *Order and cleanliness in the workplace *Food preparation *Coordination, leadership, and work at the station *Responsibility for proper preparation and cooking according to specified quantities *Mise-en-place preparations *Ensuring consistent quality and monitoring all food items throughout the kitchen area *Compliance with hygiene and safety measures for the HACCP concept *Co-organizing and ensuring the proper flow of goods in the kitchen, cold storage, and all warehouses *Careful handling of kitchen inventory
