Requirements
*Preparing and serving meals to the guests’ complete satisfaction *Ensuring smooth kitchen operations and adherence to standards *Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace *Preparing meals *Coordinating, managing and working in the Entremetier station *Responsibility for proper preparation and cooking according to specified quantities *Mise-en-place preparations *Ensuring consistent quality and monitoring all food items throughout the kitchen *Compliance with hygiene and safety measures for the HACCP program *Helping to organize and ensure the proper flow of goods in the kitchen, cold storage facilities, and all warehouses *Careful handling of kitchen equipment
