Head Chef/Solo Chef (m/f/d) for our à la carte restaurant Lorenz

For our small but exquisite Restaurant Lorenz at the ARLhome Aparthotel in St. Anton am Arlberg, we are looking for a creative and experienced CHEF (M/F/D) who will enrich our team at Restaurant Lorenz with passion and creativity. If you enjoy taking responsibility for our guests’ culinary experience and have a knack for enriching our “fusion cuisine with a Tyrolean twist” using high-quality, regional, and seasonal products, then you’ve come to the right place!
In the summer, we treat our guests to hot meals from Thursday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Our small but very modern kitchen, equipped with the latest Rational appliances (iVArio and iCombi Pro), accommodates two team members to serve our maximum of 40 seats.

Requirements
We wish for our Lorenz kitchen
- Creativity and passion for preparing food
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Ability to work in a team, motivation and attention to detail
Very good knowledge of German OR English
