Description
Our 4-star hotel in Radstadt, in the heart of the Salzburg Sports World, combines traditional hospitality with high quality standards. We have 42 guest rooms and suites, a spacious wellness area, a cozy bar with a small restaurant and beer garden, and a swimming pool buffet. We spoil our guests with an extensive breakfast buffet and, in the evening, a combination of buffet (salads, soups, desserts) and served starters and main courses. We also offer a 5-course themed menu in our restaurant every evening. Not only hotel guests but also day visitors are very welcome.
We are looking for a motivated chef for our company starting May 11, 2026. You will lead a kitchen crew of 5 employees and, together with the service management and hotel management, completely rebuild our hotel from a gastronomic perspective.
You will support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. You will be responsible for kitchen purchasing and compliance with hygiene and SOPs.

Requirements
If you have completed training and have professional experience in a comparable position, identify strongly with your area of responsibility, are creative and committed, and also have the highest quality awareness, then you are in the right place in our team!
You have kitchen costs under control, the cost of goods is a measurable goal for you, and the quality of food for guests and employees is your top priority. You can communicate easily in German and have no problem with English.
We do NOT provide accommodation for this position, but we are happy to help with the search. We are interested in a very long-term collaboration.
