Description
You are responsible for preparing, setting up, and overseeing the lunch buffet, ensuring that food is presented attractively and continuously restocked to guarantee high guest satisfaction.
You will serve as the point of contact for guests directly at the buffet during live food preparation and will be responsible for buffet hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements
Have you completed an apprenticeship and have at least two years of experience in this field? - Do you have experience in fine dining? - Is the guest always the focus of your efforts? - Is your friendliness your greatest strength? - Do you enjoy working in a young team?
