Description
We are looking for a kitchen assistant (m/f/d) for our company in full-time. You will assist our kitchen staff in preparing and presenting all dishes. No à la carte menu—half-board only. We look forward to meeting you.
Your responsibilities:
- Prep work in the kitchen (mise en place)
- Independently preparing salads, dressings, and appetizers (according to instructions/training period)
- Assisting with the preparation of the (appetizer, salad, soup, and dessert buffets)
- During the morning shift: preparing various egg dishes and restocking the breakfast buffet
- Preparation work for the breakfast buffet (e.g., cold cut platters, fruit salads, preparation of various spreads, etc.)
- Cleaning and disinfecting the workstation
- Careful handling of food is required
- Conscientious maintenance of temperature and cleaning logs in the dishwashing area
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of inventory management and careful handling of food products
Compliance with HACCP regulations
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of contributing ideas
- Language skills
