Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
✔️ Completed training in the hospitality industry, housekeeping, or comparable qualification✔️ Several years of experience in housekeeping, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector✔️ Experience in leading and motivating a team✔️ Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene standards as well as inventory management✔️ Proficiency with common hotel software systems and MS Office is a plus
Personal Skills & Soft Skills:
✔️ Strong service orientation and attention to detail✔️ Organizational and planning skills✔️ Ability to work under pressure and adaptability, even in challenging situations✔️ Strong communication skills and team spirit✔️ Sense of responsibility and initiative✔️ A well-groomed appearance and positive demeanor

✔️ Enjoyment of working in a natural setting✔️ Interest in sustainability and a welcoming atmosphere✔️ Discretion and confidentiality when interacting with guests
