As the head of our childcare program, you’ll be responsible for our Nature Hero Kids Club and, together with your team, will ensure that our young guests feel right at home from the very first moment. With your warm personality, organizational skills, and creative ideas, you’ll create special vacation experiences and continuously develop our children’s program.

Not only will you keep track of everything, but you'll also pitch in and serve as a reliable point of contact for children, parents, and your team.

Your responsibilities:

• Organization and Management of Our Childcare Program at the Nature Hero Kids Club
• Leadership, Coordination, and Support for the Child Care Team
• Developing a variety of activities that align with our themed worlds, such as Nature, Creativity, Exploration, Play & Sports
• Supervision and shared exploration at our Nature Hero Kids Club and Nature Hero Basecamp
• Ensuring a loving, safe, and professional care environment
• Point of contact for parents and close collaboration with various departments
• Organizing or reordering materials, games, and equipment for the following areas:
• Helping to shape and continuously improve our family programs
• Playful and loving care for our little guests

What you'll bring to the table:

• Joy and enthusiasm for working with children
• Experience in childcare, education, or youth activities
• Ideally, some experience leading or coordinating a team—not required
• A sense of responsibility, empathy, and organizational skills
• Creativity, Openness, and Team Spirit
• An independent, structured, and reliable work style
• Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor toward children, parents, and the team
• Excellent command of German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
