Restaurant manager with F&B responsibility
€ 3,200.00 gross for 45 hours per week

Requirements
- You will lead our 25-strong service team according to the Savior values and develop your expertise and personality further
- Creating service schedules and rosters together with our restaurant director
- You are a host and pamper our guests in the restaurants and at events to their heart's content
- You organize the wine warehouse, the stock levels and work confidently with our NOVACOM cash register system
- You take over the ordering system (merchandise management system NECTA) and further develop our wine and food menu
- Organization of wine tours to our organic winegrowers
- You are a member of the Retter management team and take part in regular training and meetings
You are a host and love to work with our guests to further develop our offer and service
That's you:
- You have management experience and relevant training (apprenticeship, tourism school, etc.) in the service sector as well as F&B experience
- You are passionate about hospitality with a hands-on mentality, solution orientation and discretion
- You have a passion for organic wines and high-quality organic food
- You have a friendly and confident manner and very good communication skills in German and English
