We are looking for a dedicated individual to actively support our team as Deputy Restaurant Manager.
You understand that gastronomy can sometimes be challenging - especially on hectic days it is important to keep calm and maintain an overview. Loyalty and reliability are particularly important to you.
With us, you have fixed days off, which we respect, and we are happy to accommodate your individual wishes. Overtime is, of course, fairly remunerated - nobody works "for free" with us.
As deputy restaurant manager, you are an important part of our family team. You live team spirit, ensure that everything runs smoothly and support your colleagues in stressful situations. Together we create an atmosphere in which both guests and employees feel comfortable.
We expect you to be flexible and willing to step in when necessary. You treat our guests with friendliness and professionalism. You use your leadership skills with heart and mind, from organization to service support.

Requirements
We are looking for a committed personality as deputy restaurant manager at the Aktivhotel Alpendorf, who will pass on the warm flair of our hotel to our guests. You have completed your training, already have professional experience and ideally have a passion for wine. We are happy to support further training to strengthen your knowledge and leadership skills.
Your ability to lead a team and get the best out of each individual is important to us. If you enjoy your job, want to take on responsibility and demonstrate your skills in a motivated team, you've come to the right place!
