Do you enjoy working in a family environment in the middle of the impressive Tyrolean mountains?

Our family-run 4-star superior hotel is located directly on the ski slope at an altitude of 2090 meters. With around 25 employees, mostly regulars, we offer a warm working environment. Our 100 guest beds are 90% occupied and our discerning guests come mainly from German-speaking countries.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a head waiter / restaurant manager

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the service
  • Management and training of the team
  • Close cooperation with the other departments
  • Optimal scheduling and guidance of our employees
  • Creating duty rosters
  • Supporting the stations
  • Contact person for guests
  • Guest-oriented handling of complaints
  • Monitoring and providing ongoing constructive feedback to employees
  • Co-responsible for clear communication within the team and a positive team atmosphere

Requirements

  • Relevant training and several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
  • Language skills in German and English
  • Exemplary manners and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizational talent, high level of responsibility and problem-solving orientation
