Do you enjoy working in a family environment in the middle of the impressive Tyrolean mountains?
Our family-run 4-star superior hotel is located directly on the ski slope at an altitude of 2090 meters. With around 25 employees, mostly regulars, we offer a warm working environment. Our 100 guest beds are 90% occupied and our discerning guests come mainly from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a sous chef (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Representation of our head chef
- Developing the dishes & menus with the head chef as part of the half-board service
- Collaboration in the planning, organization and coordination of kitchen processes
- Employee management and enjoy imparting specialist knowledge
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards
- Daily "mise en place"
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- 2 - 3 seasons of professional experience
- Creativity in the composition of dishes and their presentation
- Well-groomed appearance
- Support of colleagues and quality-oriented work
- Language skills
