As restaurant manager, you’ll lead the service team, coordinate breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and ensure that every guest feels welcome. You’ll work closely with the kitchen, advise guests, and do so with joy—not out of a sense of duty.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season
who will passionately lead our service team and pamper our guests with exceptional hospitality.
Your Profile
- Trained restaurant or hotel professional with several years of professional experience (at least 2 years in upscale dining, ideally as a restaurant manager or head waiter)
- In-depth knowledge of service standards, table manners, and wine pairing
- Confidence in leading service teams and developing staff
- Good command of English (our guests come from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland; the UK; and the Benelux countries)
- Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
- Reliability, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work well in a team
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the service team
- Coordinating breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Advising guests on food and wine selections
- Ensuring service quality and adherence to standards
- Collaborating with the kitchen and management
- Managing reservations and guest requests
- Training and development of service staff
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
