You lead the Glorious Bastards Restaurant with character, clarity, and creativity.
You’ll further develop our hotel, seminar, and event catering —with style and substance.
You are a host with poise— and, together with your team, bring our concept “to the guest.”
You organize, plan, coach, and motivate —and sometimes roll up your sleeves yourself.
You ensure quality, hygiene, and structure —and create memorable moments at the table.

Requirements

Several years of experience in the restaurant industry —ideally as a restaurant manager or assistant manager.
Experience in chain restaurants? Jackpot. We love structure, pace, and efficiency.
Passion for food, fire, and leadership. A hands-on mentality and heart and soul.
Very good English skills – other languages? Even better.
Style, poise, and a polished appearance.
