  • Overall responsibility for the operational and financial success of the entire Food & Beverage division 
  • Planning, managing, and overseeing all food and beverage operations (restaurant, bar, banqueting, events)
  • Updating food and beverage menus based on cost calculations, taking into account current purchasing terms
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and service (within the framework of the Glorious Bastards restaurant concept)
  • Budget planning, cost control, and optimization of food and beverage costs
  • Staff planning, management, and development of the F&B team
  • Purchasing and supplier management
  • Compliance with legal regulations (hygiene, HACCP, occupational safety)
  • Analysis of key performance indicators and preparation of reports
  • Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., front office and banquet department, event management, internal partner companies)

Requirements

  • Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry 
  • Several years of professional experience in the F&B sector, ideally in a management position
  • Solid knowledge of business administration and cost management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Focus on quality and service
  • Good German and English skills (additional languages a plus)
  • Knowledge of chain restaurants is a plus

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the salary for this position starts at €36,400 gross per year (based on full-time employment – 40 hours), depending on qualifications and experience. We are willing to pay more commensurate with your skills and look forward to meeting you even if your salary expectations exceed the stated range.
