For our Naturel Hoteldorf SEELEITN, we’re looking for an experienced leader who will guide our service team with competence and appreciation and work with us to create special vacation moments for our guests.
Your Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating the entire restaurant and service area
- Leading, motivating, and developing the service team
- Creating work schedules and assisting with vacation planning
- Training new employees and conducting internal training sessions
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Providing warm and professional service to our guests
- Active upselling and competent handling of guest requests and complaints
- Monitoring mise en place, order, and cleanliness
- Close and collaborative work with the kitchen, front desk, and hotel management
- Taking a solution-oriented approach in challenging situations
Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a leadership role
- Enjoyment of leading, motivating, and developing people
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview—even when things get hectic
- A warm, confident, and professional demeanor
- Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle conflicts
- Very good command of German; additional languages are a plus
- A passion for genuine hospitality
