Requirements
- Successfully completed hotel or restaurant training
- Sound specialist knowledge of food and beverages
- German and English language skills
- Flexible team player who your colleagues can rely on
- High level of commitment, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- High quality standards and an eye for detail
Tasks
- Organization and responsibility for a smooth service process
- Responsible for the management, organization and training of the service team
- Contact person for complaints and questions from our guests
- You ensure our high quality standards and an optimal process in compliance with hygiene standards and guidelines
- Assisting our international guests with their choice of food and drinks
