Description
Can you keep everything under control when 500 hungry Waldpark guests all want fries, burgers, and more at the same time? Then this might be the job for you.
At Waldpark Hochreiter, we combine nature, animals, adventure, and truly great family time. Starting in April 2027, we’re looking for a Service Manager who can run our food and beverage operations like a pro while keeping a close eye on the service team.
Starting at €3,000 gross per month for full-time —depending on experience.
We’re looking for someone with common sense, strong leadership skills, and a passion for a job that’s anything but ordinary.
Your workplace: woods, animals, families, plenty of hustle and bustle—and lots of WOW.
Start date: April 2027
Tasks
• Lead the service team & create work schedules • Provide hands-on support in the service area • Onboard new employees • Manage the cash register & daily accounting • Monitor inventory availability & place orders • Calculate food & beverage costs • Liaise with the kitchen • Ensure hygiene & cleanliness • Independently open & close the business • Contribute ideas for the shop and zoo• Improve processes (e.g., in the POS system) and implement new ideas• Maintain a holistic overview
Requirements
For our new restaurant, which seats about 300 people and is located in our forest park—which attracts approximately 100,000 visitors per season—we are looking for a service team leader who will work with us to ensure our guests are satisfied. Families with children are our target audience!
Experience
5 Jahre Work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Mobility
Driving license B
Own car required
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
