Description
As reception manager, you will lead our front office team and be the first point of contact for guests, employees, and interfaces within the hotel. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception, further develop standards, and work with your team to provide a professional and warm guest experience.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in front office, ideally with management responsibility
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong service and hospitality mindset, solution-oriented thinking
- Organizational skills, resilience, and confident manner
- Team player with clarity, empathy, and a sense of responsibility
