Requirements
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the upscale restaurant or hotel industry
- Strong hospitality skills and a passion for interacting with our guests
- Very good command of German; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- An independent, organized, and responsible work style
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail
- A passion for excellent service and a commitment to providing our guests with a special experience
