Description

Your responsibilities: 

  • Managing the reception team, including staff scheduling and shift planning
  • Providing personalized service to our guests from check-in to check-out, including reservations, billing, and guest communication
  • Ensuring compliance with our service standards at the reception desk 
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable management
  • Protel hotel software
  • Reservation processing from quote to deposit management with smart host
  • Prestay, Poststay
  • Supporting OTAs
  • Ensuring first-class, warm service—every detail counts
  • Room quality control and coordination with all hotel departments
  • Collaboration on optimizing workflows and processes—your ideas are welcome
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends

Requirements

What we expect from you: 

  • Either several years of experience at the front desk of comparable hotels or prior experience in a front desk management role 
  • Enjoyment of the job 
  • A guest-oriented mindset 
  • Good command of English. Knowledge of other languages (especially French) is a plus 
  • A positive demeanor and a communicative personality 
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility 
  • Proficiency in standard Office programs such as Word and Excel. Knowledge of the PMS Protel is a plus.
