Requirements
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Organizing and coordinating the entire spa and wellness area• Managing and scheduling the team (massage therapists, estheticians, etc.)• Ensuring smooth daily operations• Developing and implementing spa offerings and treatment programs• Advising and assisting guests with treatments and products• Performing selected treatments (massage, facials, body rituals)• Quality control and adherence to hygiene and service standards• Selecting and ordering products in collaboration with hotel management• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., front desk, marketing, housekeeping)• Training and professional development of the team• Maintaining and ensuring the appealing design of treatment rooms and wellness areas• Creating work schedules and processing guest reviews• Responsibility for revenue and involvement in pricing
