Requirements
YOU WILL LEARN THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AS PART OF YOUR APPRENTICESHIP:
• Setting tables correctly with the appropriate plates, cutlery, and glasses• Food, beverage, and wine knowledge• Preparing beverages• Advising guests on their selections and attentively attending to their requests• Taking orders and ringing them up independently• Serving, clearing tables, and handling complaints correctly• Working with the point-of-sale system and issuing bills

• Completed 9th grade• Fluent in German• Ability to work well in a team and handle stress• Flexibility in dealing with guests and colleagues• Dedication and loyalty• Attention to detail and an eye for errors• Well-groomed appearance• Positive team spirit—preferably with a good sense of humor
