We are a family-run 4-star superior hotel in the Alps and a leading provider of seminar and conference tourism in Austria, with a 3,000 m² spa and wellness area.

Your responsibilities...
- Management of the Vivid Spa & Beauty department
- Duty roster allocation (spa management, 1 masseur, 1 beautician/massage therapist)
- Purchasing Derma SR and Kurland products
- Independently performing treatments and cosmetic applications as well as massages and pedicures
- Providing personal advice and support to guests
- Organization and optimization of work processes
- Active cooperation and personal presence with guests
- Working at the spa reception desk, selling treatments and products
- Pool service with towel service and beverage sales
- Responsible for the atmosphere in the wellness area
- Inventory in the spa
Requirements
What you should bring with you...
- Completed training as a beautician and massage therapist
- Experience in performing cosmetic facial, body, and wellness treatments
- Good German and English language skills
- Occupational safety and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Well-groomed appearance and confident manner
- Initial experience as a manager of a small spa department is desirable but not essential
