We are a family-run 4-star superior hotel in the Alps and are a leading hotel for seminar and congress tourism in Austria.

We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef with a passion for good cuisine and contemporary kitchen management of our employees!
These are your tasks...
- Producing and preparing meals: half board / a la carte / buffet for group & seminar guests
- Daily preparation of the mise en place
- Organization and coordination of the processes at your post and the kitchen in general in close consultation with the head chef
- Economical and responsible handling of food and raw materials
- Continuous maintenance of quality standards and production processes
- Compliance with HACCP standards in the entire kitchen area
- Supporting the head chef with a focus on "operational kitchen" and "menu creation"
- Training apprentices and trainees
- Participation in stocktaking
- Supporting the head chef in the areas of "duty planning", "goods purchasing" and "organization"
Requirements
What you should bring with you...
- Completed training as a chef and experience in upscale gastronomy, at least as a chef de partie or preferably as a touring chef
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Current HACCP training or comparable training in hygiene standards
- Very good technical and product knowledge
- Ability to make decisions & work in a team
- Confident and confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English
