YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:

• You perform individually tailored treatments—with professional expertise, empathy, and sensitivity for each individual guest.
• Ideally, you will also have additional knowledge of hot stone therapy, herbal stamps, Lomi Lomi Nui, or foot reflexology.
• You handle scheduling appointments, providing advice, and follow-up care in a professional and personal manner.
• You are interested in new techniques and treatment trends – and you enjoy participating in training courses.
• With your presence, you help ensure that our Well Beauty Center remains a place of genuine relaxation.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• You have completed training as a massage therapist and have experience in this field.
• A friendly manner, empathy, and attention to detail are what set you apart.
• A well-groomed appearance and the highest standards of hygiene are a matter of course for you.
• You work responsibly, calmly, and with genuine enjoyment.
• Good German language skills (B-level) enable you to communicate confidently and respectfully.
