YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

• You provide personalized treatments—with professional expertise, empathy, and a keen sense of each guest's needs
• Ideally, you should have additional training in hot stone massage, herbal compresses, Lomi Lomi Nui, or foot reflexology.
• You handle scheduling, consultations, and follow-up care in a professional and personalized manner
• You're interested in new techniques and treatment trends—and you enjoy attending training sessions
• By being here, you help ensure that our Well-Beauty Center remains a place of true relaxation

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• You have completed training as a massage therapist and have experience in the field
• A friendly demeanor, empathy, and attention to detail are what set you apart
• A well-groomed appearance and the highest standards of hygiene are a given for you
• You work responsibly, calmly, and with a genuine passion for what you do
• A good command of German (B level) will enable you to communicate confidently and respectfully
