YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

• With tact and expertise, you’ll advise our guests on their selection of wines and beverages

• Together with our Head of F&B, you'll continue to develop our wine and beverage menu

• You'll support our service team in their daily service operations

• You will ensure that our wines are stored properly and presented in a stylish manner

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and training our employees and apprentices

• You monitor trends and maintain communication with winemakers and partners

• You have experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry 

• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills are essential for you to present a professional image when interacting with international guests

• Wine is your passion, and you have in-depth knowledge of wine

• You're enthusiastic, enjoy contributing your ideas, and come up with new ones
