Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • Completed training as a hotel manager or comparable training in the hospitality industry
  • Alternatively: several years of professional experience working at the front desk of a comparable vacation or resort hotel
  • Experience using hotel software and standard MS Office applications
  • Enjoy interacting with guests in person and over the phone
  • A hospitable attitude and a keen sense of our guests’ needs
  • A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
  • An independent, organized, and reliable work style
  • Ability to make decisions independently and in the best interests of both the guest and the hotel
  • Solution-oriented thinking—even when things don’t go according to plan
  • Team spirit and open, respectful communication
  • Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled

What’s particularly important to us

You’re familiar with the processes at a hotel front desk and understand that good service means more than just check-in and check-out. You keep a clear head even in hectic situations, find straightforward solutions, and are confident in making decisions on your own.

In doing so, you keep both our guests’ satisfaction and the hotel’s interests in mind. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility, thinks proactively, and guides our guests through their vacation in a warm and professional manner.
