Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning and preparation of the guest rooms/apartments (making beds, dusting, floor care).
- Thorough cleaning of bathrooms and toilets.
- Cleaning and maintenance of public areas (corridors, lobbies, possibly wellness area toilets).
- Compliance with the resort's high hygiene and quality standards.
- Handling cleaning agents and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Replenishing consumables (soap, toilet paper, checking/reporting minibar stock, etc.).
- Reporting damage, defects or repairs to the responsible department (e.g. reception/building services).
Assisting with laundry (e.g. sorting, ironing hotel or guest laundry, depending on the hotel concept).
Qualifications and personal characteristics:
- Experience: professional experience in housekeeping or cleaning (an advantage, but often not essential).
- Working style: Thoroughness, diligence, speed and an eye for detail.
- Reliability and flexibility: Willingness to work seasonal hours and weekends.
- Physical resilience: The work is physically demanding.
- Ability to work in a team: Good cooperation with colleagues and other departments (e.g. reception).
- Language skills: Basic knowledge of German or English is usually required for internal communication and occasional guest contact.
- Appearance: Friendly, well-groomed and discreet appearance (guest contact).

- Salary: Remuneration according to the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Tyrol, often with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
