Your main responsibilities:
- Carrying out the preparatory tasks required for room cleaning in the floor office
- Properly cleaning the assigned areas (guest rooms & guest bathrooms, public areas: hallways and stairwells)
- Forwarding repair requests to the housekeeper and independently performing minor repair work in guest rooms (e.g., changing light bulbs)
- Behaving in a friendly and courteous manner toward guests and hotel staff
