Marketing & Sales Associate (m/f/d)

We’re looking for someone like you who wants to join our motivated Rübezahl TEAM and help ensure the well-being of our nearly 110 guests. You can expect a wide variety of tasks—it’s never boring here. :)

This position can also be combined with a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at IU International University, or with degree programs that focus more on marketing.

• Completed vocational training or college degree
• Experience in similar positions
• We also welcome those returning to the workforce or passionate career changers
• Strong communication skills, both in person and online
• The drive to initiate projects and see them through to a successful conclusion
• Hands-on approach
• Outstanding dedication and commitment to service
• Organizational and planning skills
• Working independently, taking initiative, and contributing actively as part of a team
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
