Marketing & Sales Associate (m/f/d)

We're looking for someone like you who wants to work with the motivated Rübezahl TEAM to ensure the well-being of our nearly 110 guests. You can expect a variety of tasks—it's certainly never boring. :)

This position can also be combined with a bachelor's or master's degree program through distance learning at IU International University, or with degree programs that focus more on marketing.

• Direct collaboration with the management team and the Thurm family, the company's owners
• Close collaboration with all departments
• Continuation and further development of our social media activities
• Management and content management of all social media channels (currently Instagram and Facebook)
• Planning, designing, and implementing social media marketing projects in collaboration with our web agency
• Influencer Management
• Preparation of Statistics and Analyses
• Supporting the marketing team in other areas

• Completed vocational training or college degree
• Experience in similar positions

• Strong communication skills, both in person and online
• The drive to initiate projects and see them through to a successful conclusion

• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
