Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- You will advise our international guests on all matters, answer inquiries, and prepare quotes
- Entering reservations into the reservation system (Infor)
- Price maintenance, upkeep, and management of the guest and customer database
- Maintaining online sales platforms
- Organizing complaint management within your area of responsibility
- Follow-up on payment guarantees for reservations
- 5-day workweek (Monday–Sunday)
Your Profile
- Language skills (German, English, Italian)
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Confident demeanor
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry is a plus
