Reservation & Revenue Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time or part-time
(30+ hours/week)
Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the reservations department in advising guests on our diverse offerings and actively selling rooms and services over
- phone and via email for two hotels in different market segments
- Assisting with the processing of reservation requests, creating and sending reservation offers as well as
- reservation confirmations. Active up-selling and cross-selling.
- Maintaining and optimizing the use of all relevant systems (Reservation & Channel Management System), their interfaces, and online distribution channels, as well as actively contributing to solutions for sales-related challenges
- Monitoring and maintaining all rates and hotel information
- Collaboration with so-called TPIs (Third-Party Intermediaries) such as Expedia, lastminute.com, Travelocity, Opodo, Booking.com, HRS, etc.
- Further development of the hotels’ yield strategy and implementation of yield management tools
- Responsible for short- and long-term pricing
- Quota management
- Regular monitoring of websites, including updates
- Implementation of yield and pricing strategies in direct collaboration with senior management and the executive team
- Preparation of regular reports and analyses to monitor the booking situation and evaluate revenue trends
- Active participation in quality management in the area of Reservations & Revenue (data quality, process optimization, and standardization)
Your Qualifications:
- Professional experience in reservations, e-commerce, and distribution
- Experience with common revenue and distribution systems
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Independent, reliable, and dedicated work ethic, as well as initiative and a willingness to learn
- Language skills: German, English, and Italian
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a strong aptitude for numbers
