Description
We are a modern ****Superior hotel in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with a tradition dating back to 1634. The service concept is our top priority. For our front office team we are looking for active support in night service with immediate effect. You will be responsible during the night and take care of our guests' requests. The first-class service that we expect from our team for our guests is also how we look after our team.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or similar.
- Experience in the reception area
- good written and spoken German and English skills
- a second foreign language is an advantage but not essential
- confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Casablanca PMS or similar hotel software (Suite 8, Opera, Protel, etc.)
