Requirements
Your tasks:
- Preparation of high-quality desserts, cakes, tarts & pastries in organic quality
- Creative co-design of our sweet offer
- Preparation and production for the dessert buffet and à la carte
- Ensuring an appealing presentation of all desserts
- Clean, structured work in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Working closely with the kitchen and service team
- Supporting the professional work and training of our apprentices so that they grow into the profession with joy and quality
What you bring with you
- Experience in patisserie or professional pastry cooking (training is an advantage, but not essential)
- Enjoy working with high-quality, natural ingredients
- Creativity, accuracy & an eye for beautiful presentation
- Independent and organized way of working
- Willingness to also work at weekends
- Confident communication in German with colleagues is a prerequisite
- Team spirit, reliability and enthusiasm for organic & sustainability
- Language skills
