In our hotel, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Your charming and professional demeanor will make a great first impression on our guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel. We place this crucial role in your hands with confidence.

Your tasks:

• Your warm welcome is noticeable to our guests; you are familiar with every area of our hotels and your appearance reflects the high quality of service and the philosophy of the Gröller Hospitaltiy operations.
• You actively offer our guests your help with the luggage service and ensure proper transportation to the room.
• They can rely on your support when saying goodbye to our guests; you make every guest feel like a regular.
• You can park our guests' vehicles on request.
• You run small errands and errands, do minor repairs, organize cab rides.
• Cross-departmental cooperation is a matter of course for you.
• You will independently familiarize yourself with the information relevant to you and work with our digital systems.
• Your quality standard is to actively approach our guests, recognize regular guests and, if necessary, react to suggestions and complaints as the first contact and pass them on

Your profession:

• 1 - 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the upscale hotel industry, an advantage
• outgoing personality with a charismatic and stylish appearance
• Discretion is a matter of course for you
• good knowledge of German and English
