Description
- Daily preparation of the mise-en-place - Setting tables for the pension guests (breakfast or dinner, no à-la-carte) - Confident knowledge of the food & beverage menu/s - Professional and correct execution of the food & beverage service - Professional use, care and cleaning of the equipment and materials used - Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the entire work & restaurant area - Contribution of own ideas & creativity - Compliance with hygiene guidelines according to HAACP
Requirements
- In training as a restaurant specialist (hotel management or tourism school, HBLW or similar) - Practical experience in the service sector - Independent and high-quality way of working - Distinct flexibility & ability to work in a team, as well as resilience - Passion for the profession - 5-day week
