Description
- Chef de Rang (m/f) for hotel restaurant & hotel bar
- Working time model with continuous service in one piece (i.e.: no partial service)
- Preparation of the mise-en-place at the hotel bar and in the restaurant
- Support in setting tables for the pension guests (breakfast or dinner, no à-la-carte)
- Support with evening service in the restaurant - professionally correct execution of drinks & food service
- Secure knowledge of food & beverage menu/s
- Proper execution of booking procedures and accounting formalities at the cash desk
- Proper use, care and cleaning of the equipment and materials used
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the entire work & restaurant area
- Professional handling of complaints
- Contribution of own ideas & creativity
- Compliance with hygiene guidelines according to HAACP
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the hotel industry
- Independent and high-quality way of working
- Well-groomed appearance and friendliness in dealing with guests and colleagues
- Passion for the job as an employee in the restaurant and at the hotel bar and in dealing with guests
- Pronounced flexibility & ability to work in a team, as well as resilience
- 5- or 6-day week possible!
