YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:

• You will welcome and look after our guests in a warm and professional manner—from the very first smile.
• You enjoy advising customers and actively selling beverages and recommendations from our menu.
• During evening service, you will assist the head waiter. 
• During breakfast and afternoon service, you will be responsible for your own station.
• You implement our quality standards with care and pay attention to every detail.
• A genuine interest in the wishes and well-being of our guests characterizes your daily work.
• We expressly welcome your own ideas—so you can not only contribute, but also help shape the future.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or relevant experience in the upscale hotel industry – career changers with passion are also welcome.
• You bring charming competence, a passion for service, and a professional demeanor to the table.
• Further development is important to you—you enjoy participating in internal training and education programs.
• You are positive, helpful, and collegial within the team.
• Your German is very good, and your English is also confident—so you can communicate effortlessly with international guests.
