Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

We're looking for you to work either at our front desk or in our restaurant. Depending on where your passion lies and where you can best put your talents to use, you can expect the following responsibilities:

At the front desk:

• You welcome and bid farewell to our guests warmly and make sure they feel at home from the very first moment
• You'll be the point of contact for requests, questions, and vacation information, and you'll assist our guests throughout their stay
• You will handle reservations, guest correspondence, and ensure that everything runs smoothly at the front desk
• With your organizational skills and positive attitude, you'll help ensure a thoroughly enjoyable vacation experience

or At a restaurant:

• You will welcome and take care of our guests with warmth and attentiveness
• You enjoy advising guests on food and drinks and creating memorable vacation moments
• During the evening service, you'll assist the chef de rang; during breakfast and afternoon service, you'll be in charge of your own station
• With your keen sense of quality, service, and hospitality, you’ll ensure that our guests feel completely at ease
• No matter which department you join us in—you’ll become part of a team that sticks together, supports one another, and works every day with

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or relevant experience in the upscale hotel industry 
• You bring a charming blend of expertise, a passion for customer service, and a professional demeanor
• Professional development is important to you—you enjoy participating in internal training and workshops
• As part of the team, you come across as positive, helpful, and a good team player
• Your German is very good, and your English is certainly strong as well—so you can communicate effortlessly with international guests
