To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
SERVICE STAFF MEMBER
(m/f/d)
The Stiftskeller Admont is one of the culinary highlights of the Gesäuse region and is located directly on the historic grounds of Admont Abbey, known for having the world’s largest monastic library.
Our restaurant combines regional cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality. To ensure our guests feel at home from the very first moment, we’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and truly embodies hospitality.
Your Role: Asa service staff member, you’ll be one of the most important points of contact for our guests. Together with our team, you’ll ensure that a visit to our restaurant becomes a wonderful experience—attentive, warm, and professional.
Tasks
- A warm welcome and attentive service for our guests
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Professional serving of food and beverages
- Advising our guests on their selections
- Preparing and maintaining one’s own service area
- Serving groups, parties, and events
- Working closely with the kitchen and service team
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Handling products, glasses, and inventory with care
- Sharing responsibility for maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant area
Requirements

Ideally, you’ll have:
- A passion for working with people and for the restaurant industry
- A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- An independent and organized work style
- Willingness to pitch in as part of a team
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Training in the food service industry is welcome but not required
- Interest in regional products, food, and beverages
Experience

Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
